Techniques used to strengthen muscles and increase soft tissue flexibility.

Techniques used to restore normal muscle recruitment, control muscle tone, and improve balance, coordination and postural stability.

Physical agents used reduce soft tissue inflammation, increase the healing rate of soft tissue injury, modify muscle tone, control pain, increase connective tissue extensibility, and remodel scar tissue. - ultrasound/phonophoresis, electrical stimulation, traction, low level laser, iontophoresis.

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a treatment option available to patients suffering from restrictive scar tissue, which may have developed after injury or surgery. This technique uses specially designed instruments to detect and treat soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation, in muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Anodyne therapy is an innovative noninvasive, painless therapy that uses infrared light for the treatment of pain, numbness and decreased circulation as a result of peripheral neuropathy (weakness, numbness and pain from nerve damage, usually in the hands and feet). Anodyne therapy is used in conjunction with physical therapy to produce maximum results.

Vestibular treatment is a comprehensive and targeted evaluation and assessment of multiple vestibular and balance problems. This information is used to develop a specific plan of care to aid in the recovery from often debilitating symptoms. The goal is to identify the particular cause of symptoms and implement treatments aimed at relieving the possible dizziness, spinning, issues with falling or unsteadiness you may be experiencing.
